looking for some help in developing and working your plan to move in that

minister. We also know we can't force people to be a leader if they
haven't discovered God's plan for them, nor lead in a way that God has intended
without applying themselves to preparation. The solution rests in
providing a foundation for leadership upon which they can develop and minister
as God leads them.
